Transport Coordinator – Automotive Industry (Eskilstuna)

We are currently looking for a Transport Coordinator for an exciting consulting assignment with our client in the automotive industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working hands-on with logistics flows, ensuring high delivery performance.

About the Role

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that shipments from production sites across Europe are delivered to customers on time. You will work operationally with planning, coordination, and follow-up of transport flows, playing a key role in handling deviations and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate transports (road and sea)

• Monitor deliveries and handle deviations in transport flows

• Maintain close communication with carriers to ensure delivery precision

• Manage urgent shipments and express transport requests

• Handle transport documentation and support customs-related processes

• Establish and follow up on action plans in case of disruptions

Your Profile

• 2–5 years of experience within logistics, transport, or supply chain

• Experience with transport bookings and delivery follow-up

• Good understanding of international transport flows

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
