Quality Engineer (Senior)

Overall Responsibility

Responsible for planning, analysis, and development of testing and quality activities, as well

as contributing to improvements of products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans based on customer requirements, standards, and internal

specifications

• Analyze test results and drive improvement actions

• Participate in development projects and product changes

• Develop and improve test methods and quality processes

• Perform and follow up on advanced testing (including SAT)

• Act as point of contact towards customers, suppliers, and authorities in quality-related

matters

• Support and guide technicians in testing and quality work

Areas of Responsibility

• Ensure that test strategies and methods meet requirements and standards

• Drive quality improvements and root cause analyses

• Ensure high quality in analysis, reporting, and decision-making documentation

• Contribute to the development of products and quality systems

Competence and Experience

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience

• Several years of experience in testing, quality, or product development

• Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting

• Experience working in projects and with requirement management

• Good understanding of quality standards and processes
