Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator for an exciting consulting assignment with Husqvarna Construction.
You will join the Central Customer Service team, which is responsible for order handling, shipping, invoicing, and export processes for a global customer base. The role offers a dynamic and international environment where you will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers worldwide.
This is a service-oriented role with a strong focus on coordination, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within logistics and export operations.
About the Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the full flow from order registration to delivery and invoicing. You will work cross-functionally and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.
The role offers a varied workday with opportunities to develop within export and international logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Register incoming internal and external orders
Plan and book transports for global shipments
Manage export documentation and customs-related processes
Handle intercompany sales transfers
Process debit and credit transactions
Work in a CRM case management system (triage and assign cases)
Support customers and internal stakeholders with logistics-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
Background within Logistics or Supply Chain
Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and solution-oriented way
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
